Business Closure Notice

Due to very recent and unforeseen circumstances, National Office Outfitters LLC is suspending all sales and service activities.

In preparations for a business dissolution, the following steps are and will be taken:

  • Starting December 5, 2017
    • This website's shopping cart will be disabled. No new on-line orders will be accepted.
    • Menu items to product pages will remain accessible for customer convenience.
    • All open orders not yet shipped will be fulfilled in accordance with the Terms of Sale.
    • Live phone call support and online chat will end. You may leave a voicemail message or send an email through the website's Support page.
    • All warranty and shipping issues should be directed to the product manufacturer (see below).
  • Available Through December 31, 2017
    • Customers may log-in to see order status, account information and download a W9 form.
    • The business phone line will remain active for voicemail recordings only.
    • Business email will remain active.
  • On December 31, 2017
    • This website will be disabled along with email and telephone
    • All business activities will cease. National Office Outfitters LLC will no longer exist.

Warranties & Shipping Issues

All warranty claims should be directed to the product manufacturer - after all, all warranty and shipping issues were always covered and the responsibility of the manufacturer. Call the phone number below and ask to speak to a Customer Service representative. Have your National Office Outfitters LLC order number handy. With it and the National Office Outfitters LLC business name, the manufacturer’s Customer Service Representative will be able to find your order and address your issue.
